FEMA / SETA
The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has centralized its contracts for classified and unclassified information technology services under the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract. SETA is a five-year, IDIQ contract with a ceiling of $290M. Strickland Consulting is a teaming partner of Invertix Corporation, which was awarded a prime contract for this work.
